@drw00083470 I have bad news for you. The only fix for this was to get a rollback to before it started. Contact EA phone or live chat is best if possible, M-F US Business hours, and tell them you have the rollback glitch and need rolled back to 2017. try to figure out exactly when. Do not trust anyone who sends you private messages offering to help you out of the blue. they charge for help and break towns by giving stuff they should not. your prior post about this was removed because it breaks the rules here.

iirc, EAs prior advice was if you have an account, log in to your town on a different device, clear your town by tapping buildings, go to neighbors tap through a few of them then return to your town exit and log back in to your town on the original device and see if you can now buy the items.
