The option to exchange tickets only shows up when you have earned at least one. Have you been completing the daily tasks and earning tickets?

Not likely, but you will be able to exchange the tickets for donuts.

Update - I thought I had both, but it is the Arctic Hypertrain you need. In my case, I had placed it but not completed the build. Once I did that, the task appeared. Also, the Deep Freeze task 5 locked issue has been corrected overnight.

I have both character and Arctic Hypertrain and the first quest task does not work. I tried to bypass it with another task but that didn't work. You need to put in a ticket with EA. FYI, Deep Freeze has the same issue.

The difference though is you'll progress faster (less clicks) with the RTT's, which gives them the edge.

Money isn't that useful. If you've bought everything, start donut farming and pay to get the 3 donuts every time. Then you can buy piles of decorations and things for all the events.

I believe you'll need to cancel them in order for a Christmas challenge to replace them. You need to make room.
