I have 1400+ hearts and still have 3200+ donuts (Christmas sale). Waiting on the next update. Technically, if we are at 181,000+ XPs, we should have level 27 working tpward level 28. They do keep track since I leveled up immediately at the last update. I guess we'll find out sometime. . . soon?
