• My game is having the same issue too, even the Game Tuner app that fixed it before isn't fixing it now. It's become very difficult and frustrating trying to scan my town to make sure I have all characters tapped to finish their jobs.

• EA and TSTO usually fix these zoom issues once it's reported and a known problem. These zoom issues are quite common it seems with this game. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon and we won't have to suffer long with the game zoomed in so badly.

• I did the uninstall reinstall route which worked for me, thank you all very much for the help. I've spent a lot of real money on this game and would be quite grumpy if I lost my town haha.

• I'm getting the same "cannot connect to server" issue as well when I first click to play the game. After I click retry it loads in as well however my game is crashing a lot too so the game has become close to unplayable.
