I am on Android and he immediately popped up in my town after the St. Pat's Day update. I didn't have to tap him in my Springfield. I just went to Other Springfield to make all the arrests. Thank you EA! Finally have him after playing TSTO since it came out! Meeting his raker right now!

Apparently, EA has decided to bring back the missing graphics issue on Samsung tablets that they fixed with the previous mini-event. Hope they get that resolved asap. /sigh

I bought the Aircraft Carrier and Marge Sculpture Garden as well. Unfortunately, neither one show up on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 thanks to the display issue that all S3 users have been experiencing since the Zoo event started in August 2018. Oh well. I like the new characters though. :smile:

@LPNintendoITA, the patch also fixed the missing graphics issue that I was having on my Samsung tablet. I'm assuming that was the main reason it was released. I believe that the other 'issues' were unintended, at least I certainly hope they were. :smile:

I believe the update was attempting to fix the missing graphics issue that many Samsung users are experiencing, including myself. All my graphics were back after the initial patch hit. And my graphics are missing again after the last patch.
