My bad, forgot to mention that I also did that, and it didn't help with the Kamp Bart stuck task - it did on the other hand work in fixing the elf cave whenever it was being glitchy.

My Kamp Krusty Quest part 5 "make Kamp Bart do an interview" is completed, and the quest tracker shows the task as being completed, but the quest doesn't complete and go onto the next quest in the quest line. All relevant characters are free. Maybe I should try doing the task again?
