• I also make it a point to tag every neighbors buildings as I can...I've found that this makes your neighbor more inclined to repay the favor...just my 2cents

• If I had to guess, I think some are worried about their "Righteous" rating going down...i get quite a few tags a day from my neighbors...maybe try what I did...I wrote out "Graffiti Please" in pumpkins & made an arrow telling them where to go, & put all my tag-able buildings in the same area so they don't have to search…

• House farming is your best bet...I normally by a grip of Orange houses because they give the most XP' s when they are done...but since you don't have a whole loft of money, buy blue houses
