Completely disappointed 2hrs 40mins spent wrangling with live support was promised my 4000 elixir still not arrived in my inventory

I just got to 9500 gold I know I didn't get 4000 elixir as I was 4 gold away, so jumped out of game & back in to refresh the pop up window, I had just used all my accumulated elixir to upgrade my 3rd castle to level 10. USER Sharpei1973

I have 3 castles levels 10, 9 & 7 and my shield score is 4 It's probably something really simple but I don't see it, maybe a cumlative defensive score for all defense upgrades, for your Springfield to work out how long invaders attacks take
