The game fix caught on with me and now I have a rocked on fire, non stop, can't re-start it by storing. Has been on fire for 24 hrs and the quest is stuck. Deleted game, and re-installed, etc. but nothing seems to work. If this continues I'll need a Fire Department soon...... :cry:

How many round-a-rounds did you do for EA? Many ways we pay. Been made into a human gerbil is rather undignigied. Not grateful, particularly since I'm still going through the loops to get that "free" Maggie Bah, Humbug!

I just bought the cauldron and it sits there doing nothing - who starts the quest? Or do I have to buy witch Marge separately. I can see her on the on sale characters. Was never able to reach EA's help. However, this morning, after several tries. I was able to access my town and Frink's offer was available. I won't get the last two prices, but what can I do? At least I might get the 20 donuts, who knows? Just hope this doesn't happen to me again, or anyone else for that matter.

I tried to follow the instructions from LPNintendoITAd that are pinned in the General Game forum but EA has removed three of the options and there is no Contact EA or Live Chat available I have tried several times Plus looking at the "helpful questions" that do not help at all, seem they are there to give us the run around…
