I imagine so long as you keep items there forever, if ea force a fix it could delete important buildings and wreck your town

After this event you'd either be waiting a very long time for EA to rerelease and have forgotten if they're premium or theh won't be. And if something is premium it'll be something completely unremarkable , so people only have 2 or 3 in inventory

When did spooky walls get a multiplier? Obviously it's off topic but i say the wailing wall mwntioned. Spooky walls now have a 0.05 multiplier and i had 40 in my inventory becauae they didn't at one point and were really common
