Another shor q: If i placed a building that includes a character and remove the building afterwards, does the char is still available for quest or does it goes to the store as well ?

Why isnt the new update not available so far in Europe/Germany/for me ? I have 1 quest ofen from the Halloween event but I dont do it.. Do I have to ?

No nothing works, tested that as well.. I think i have to contact the Support.. Thats just not funny that none of my devices receive the update
