• I believe it's 15 if you have the Muntz house and Krabappel appt. But only 13 if you don't have Frink's Lab or the Volcano Lair.

• I'm not even sure if I would want all that space. That would be a lot of houses/gulp'n'blows/krusty burgers let alone a task in itself to find the 30+ characters to send them on jobs.

• I'm going for the decorations first as they are 'limited' whereas the Mapple store isn't. Also, you'll get more coins with the more decorated houses you have.
