• Nope, when I have no blue shields and try to press the die it says 'No buildings are under attack' When there are blue shields and I press it, the number of red die decreases and I collect from it but the task doesn't complete

• You get to option to buy after completing the Easter bunny quests. Or you can get on by tapping bunnies but it's very rare
