Its ridiculously and incredibly irregular in that it changes with so much variation person to person. I've got a sizeable amount of projects today and now have close to 13,000 blueprints and only just met my limit. It is, also, very frustrating.

A Wednesday is very unlikely. We haven't had a big update on a Wednesday in a long time. Updates are nearly always Tuesdays or Thursday's.

I would say either Thursday the 4th or Tuesday the 9th. A Wednesday is possible but unlikely, and would be either the 3rd or the 10th. The 2nd is incredibley unlikely.

+1 Moderators, why is he given so much leeway? If this was any other forum member, he or she would have been long been perma banned. He is regulary allowed to repeat offend and forum members are fed up with it. He needs to be punished, and you must be unbiased.
