One thing I have noticed is that gaffiti doesn't automatically clear when you tap on a building with tasks going on, like the other friendship tasks do, you have to tap it specifically, so maybe that's it...? Expediency?

It's currently a known issue due to the update accidentally breaking some of these tasks. Yeah the costume is there without issue - but that's the ONLY thing that I can actually see, and the fact that it did unlock in this game suggests that the other things that supposedly restored should work as well, it's the inconsistency I don't understand. @wadebear @lucienleon519 - how do you go about starting again? Do you need to create a new EA ID with a different email address or can you use the same one? Interestingly I've just now got a fresh reply from EA clearly agreeing to roll back my save state so fingers crossed this issue is about to be resolved.

I'm still waiting for them to reply to my ticket raised with them - hopefully that can be helpful. So this is a temporary thing - having the tasks reset every time you get the donuts? Mixed feelings about that...on the one hand I've been liking the extra donuts...but on the other it's getting tedious...

Isn't Kodos already premium though? I have Fairy Kodos though and love him/her/it - just that much better than Pirate Kang :smiley:

I have 50 donuts now and $1.5m in the bank. I need more donuts for both the Hideaways and THOH coming up :) I'm not sure with some KEM farming NOW whether I'd be able to farm enough donuts for both?

Missed this post among the comments around houses - thanks for that!! At 40 donuts a pop they look expensive...I might wait until after THOH because I want to save up donuts for that event :smile:

If you have the money then try to build/buy things to get a bunch of XP - I believe Bloodmobiles or Kwik-E-Marts are the best way to go...?
