It would be interesting if this is true because of the people that have already recieved a refund. The rep I spoke with (10 minutes ago) didn't mention this, but I think it would be great for people who haven't had a chance to complain yet or had an unsuccessful attempt at a refund.

Update - I phoned EA, and they phoned me back within 2 minutes. The gentleman I talked to was named Brandon, and he was excellent help. My character skins are different as displayed in the menu. They look more animated in the sense of their expressions and poses. I don't know if that's new or if I somehow missed it. Mr.Burns' character skin poses and faces are so awesome with the switch.
