Plenty of room on device, it tells me I need the update to play then directs me to the play store where It show I have the latest update BT I press update as there's nothing else to press then it's back to the blue updatenow screen then the game load screen, back to Blue update now and back to the play site. Confused by it…

Level 51 player toddling along with this latest update. I have removed a few inactive friends just now so have a few spaces for new ones. I'm not playing 24/7 as I work full time and have a life outside the game :mrgreen: but I play at least twice a day, more so if I can during events and over the weekends.

tried twice to use live chat this morning, both timed out on me :x logged on just now and guess what? case resolved (there is not a smile I could use to express how hacked off I am) and have 25 mins till I "connect" to live help again Issue far from resolved! game play far from resolved!

Using an android Xperia z2 tablet, not been able to logon on normally via wifi at home for over 24h now, but if I log into chrome first via hola (vpn) it works just fine, don't know why but it's working for me till they sort this mess out, I just hope it's soon.

Hiya all, I have just cleared out some inactive players and have 14 places now empty. so I am needing some new and interesting towns to visit. Level 47 and I play way to many times a day/night that I would like to admit to during main events.

I just got a call back from s nice chap from EA and was told yep they are trying hard to get a fix sorted and it sounds more than likely that the end day will be pushed back so to allow people to finish. I'm happy with that if it is the case :D

Level 45 daily player who has updated to halloween event, had a mini clear out of in active platers so have a few slots open, more could be available early next week as I am giving people till Wednesday to update before removing them.
