Well EA never responded to my request to roll back the game and it's still broken. I had already started act 2 when the game broke with the IRS / Character button, but now, as Hidajeta said, it's not working.

I agree with the OP. While I don't intend to quit, I do refuse to spend any more real money. Two major problems with this game: 1. That no amount of effort can equal reward. Since the Christmas update, its all dumb luck and diminishing returns. 2. The in game currency is worthless, which makes most in-game activities…

Worst. Update. Ever. Between the chance-based grinding, the uselessness of XP and the utter uselessness of in-game money Im pretty fed up with EA.

$20 for a whale!? EA is running out of ideas and just getting greedy now. For that much money it should at least get beached and you should have a job where the towns folks blow it up, covering the town in blubber like they did with Bluella!

You think the wheel is anoying; ive got the dreaded bug where my giftcards do not generate spin tokens too...now with just 1 a day and still getting the absolutly useless 1000, clearing the wheel is very unlikely... Sucks, you'd think a company that makes so much money off such a simple game could do better. :x

None of the solutions worked for me either. It's been about 2 weeks now, still cant get into the game. Mine died right after el chemistri was built and I had hit level 26. Please fix this soon EA. I love this game but this is getting ridiculous.
