At that rate, by next week you won't be able to earn any more hearts by visiting neighbors as they've set this event up. Then you can just forget about it and quit worrying so much until the next event starts. Look on the bright side: the hearts only earn you tacky pink junk that will sit forever in your inventory anyway.

This thread certainly lived up to its title.

That part is normal. The similarity between boardwalk and road tiles is that they can't be moved once placed, only removed (boardwalk tiles are stored in your inventory rather than deleted). Selecting a boardwalk tile to remove looks like this:
-
I'd rather have the Duff Beer Krusty Burger Buzz Cola Costington's Department Store Kwik-E-Mart Stupid Flanders Park (with bullfighting animation. Obviously).

Otto's "building" is perfect for a school parking lot, and his tasks are totally rad. Dr. Nick is a letdown. He never does much more than stand on the sidewalk. Think about the CC + Jasper. Unique looking building and great character animations. Barney was the first thing I went for. Can't imagine my town without him…

They can only be removed or added in the same manner as roads/pavement/rivers. You can't select a boardwalk tile with a building or decoration on it.
-
Also, if they added Bender, Barney could have some company in the Barflies collection.

An animated (and voiced) pond with the "BUD-WEI-SER" frogs (and the COORS croc that eats em all) would be better, but I suppose there'd be copyright issues involved. So yes, hypno-toad.

How big was the update? It seemed like at least a couple MB...surely that wouldn't be necessary just to patch such a minor problem that's irrelevant in any case as it concerns a quest that expired weeks ago.
-
I didn't get it until 22. The moment I finished building Luigi's, Homer prompted the Heavy User quest. Just keep completing all available quests and it will eventually trigger.

I think the short list would be of what can't you use.

I think they made a small, sneaky change to the Scratch-R -- after playing, it taunts you with a reminder that you'd have won X donuts if it'd been a golden ticket. Unless it's always done that, and I only just noticed today...
Howdy, Stranger!
