• *smacks head against wall* Whacking Day was a limited time event, and as such only available for a limited time. It's was originally only until May 9th, but EA extended it until the 16th when an update was made available that ended the event. The end date wasn't a secret. There is no fix for it, it's over.

• Only been playing since Christmas but from what I've seen, all the themed updates (WD, valentines, paddy's day) have been via the App Store so it'll be through that. Hopefully soon, had ,ore than enough of snakes...
