• EA's response right now is: "Sorry, we can't help you until a patch comes out." I do hope EA will extend the event dates or compensate those affected with some sprinkles so we can catch up. It's a shame, I was soooo looking forward to this event. I'm just completely frozen out of the game.

While I'm not sure EA did anything technically illegal or fraudulent here (they never actually advertised a 20% bonus with the product), what they have done is so unethical and mean-spirited it leaves me speechless. Removing the bonus AND increasing XP donut reward from 1m to 10m *on the same day* is just twisted.…
