You can use them to buy parking lots which can be used anywhere in Springfield. Think of a mall, sports arena, or theatre venue with a parking lot that has cars parked in them. I think that opens up the design options a little more.

Instead of all this time zone confusion, how about an update at the top of the hour which states how many hours are left until the new info and / or event is released ? Regardless of what time zone people are in, it will still be the same number of hours away. ;)

Will the appearance of the plaza improve the more we upgrade it (like Moe's zoo)? There appears to be the foundation of a white brick building on the left side, and what appears to be building materials for a hanging stand on the right.

I was able to get the casino and Chief the last time they were offered. I'm hoping to maximize my bonuts during this event to add more characters to my town.

I lost mine as well after visiting a neighbor's town.
