Got an update too. That is, part of it, then Bart screen. Then another part of the update, then Bart screen. After that, only Bart screens.

Speaking of "bottom", "top", etc. for a 45° layout only leads to confusion... "top right" for those 3 lines of land would be a better description.

It might take some time - IIRC they added 12.9" iPad optimization well after the 2nd generation was available.

Well, I got my (damaged) power plant right at one end of my airport's runway, and an acid pool between high mountains on the other end.

I guess it's random, too. I purchased the boatload some years ago and only got the truckload offer now.

What I noticed is that a short track piece (maybe others?) can be moved to *inside* the building, and when you do that by 2 squares, the red square even disappears. Until I realized that, my track wouldn't meet up either. Maybe that's your problem, too?

I was able to place it over a KL path - I.e. with the path going through the gate, but not under the solid parts.

I had no problems buying the remaining KL land after the update. Before the nuking, of course.

I got mostly Canal houses - nice design and not huge.

If a hack of Player A's data really can affect Player B's data directly, then the EA servers must be programmed in a much, MUCH more stupid way than I'd ever imagine. Which is why I'd consider that very unlikely. (Through neighbor visits, well, wouldn't rule that out as rigorously.)

I'd call that edge "bottom right" for clarity, but anyway... ice works, too. Probably it's too cold for water in these areas. ;)

People have been saying he will be available again for ages, but I doubt he will ever return... :)

KEMs are too much of a grind for my taste. I rather use rat trap trucks whenever I need more donuts, even if it's not the best value for the money. But with hundreds of millions, who really cares?

Yes. Except that it's the Gold Records on Walls Studio for me. (Syncing didn't help.)

That's what I wanted to know, too, so I kept playing - and it started again with all items available again.

If it's not the internet connection: I occasionally have (had?) the problem on my iPad Pro where there is no sound and the game quickly becomes slower and slower - like if the sound clogs something up. When I exit and reenter the game, the missed sounds play, and everything's fine again. Don't know if that's what happens…
