Ok guys, I'll be the idiot here, but do you have to complete the grow and harvest the roses at Cletus' farm to get this thing started? Because I am not seeing valentines ANYWHERE in any of the towns or my own yet.

The most is 3 hand shakes, then you need to tap one at least

I thought it was tap the second (or third) handshakes, then tap your neighbors tile once, then wait and go back and tap your neighbors tile, then tap a possible second handshake in your own town, then maybe check for corn and tap on that and then by now my cat's breath smells like cat food.
