purely for decoration purposes and completing the quest :) I'll admit that I'm not pursuaded to purchasing these new buildings until they release a new level so the price of the month-old building drops a bit 8) Don't have that much spare cash to spare

bump to this! just lost a tile yesterday, luckily it was still the beginning of it all (4 hours only).
-
kept mine out, money is always welcome 8)

the rating gives a helpful boost to the bonus % especially for those without premium items. My star rating dropped a whole star rating overall since the update.. not good but then as mentioned already updates are nice. There are new shops except that they're rather expensive at level 30..

@ozwald5 - i like the magnifying glass and grasshopper effect!

so many people saying the items are overpriced, but I actually think the Duff party bus is probably one of the first items in the game I find decently priced. I don't spend money on the game, have accumulated 100 donuts and am considering long and hard whether to get the bus.. but given that I'm considering long and hard,…

The effect looks great! and the new Springfield Park wall dividers work great for the steps

My town is overrun with snakes :!: :!: Yes, that's after the update removing the Whacking Day event  Doesn't bother me but might want to remove the notification for irrelevancy?

I support higher level players assisting the lower levels. But it would make a mess of the game if people create multiple feeder accounts and gift to their main. So perhaps a limitation on flow of items from a higher level to an equal or lower level player only. it won't avoid those who have level 29 feeder accounts…

if you'll definitely be getting the Texan sooner or later then just get it now. if it's an 'either/or' decision then definitely wait!

the partybus does look very attractive at 50 donuts! i've saved 100 donuts now.. was going to get it up to 170 for frink's lab.. mhmm tough decision..?

yes it makes no sense to have it aligned to the front! but i'm just glad there are some non-premium items in this update.. albeit very small ones..
-
annoys me how the vending machine is aligned towards the front of it's cell/box as opposed to the back.. so there's a massive gap between it and the wall behind! Anyway, can't complain about having more non-premium items 8)

mine stayed on.. thankfully so as the reason I know was because I accidentally clicked a speedup before realising and cancelling..

i would've thought the reason was that they'd need to graphically draw the other 2 sides of the building, which takes time for the artists and design crew and more images to implement in the game.. For example, at the moment we only see the front and one side of a house. To be able to turn it 360 means they'd need to…

can't complain.. happy with the free buildings from Whacking Day event.. 90 donuts for the sprawl mart seems a bit steep though. In my opinion it looks good and a definite buy if it was in game cash.
-
I feel for your guys who did spend donuts in the last hours of the 9th! I was lucky I got the motel before then, but if I was slightly short on the 9th then I would've spent a few donuts too. It was bad enough that they didn't give a specific time to end the event (or at least have a consistent time for every event), but…

i have the maple store but have forgotten.. how did we get it? was it an ingame cash item? I thought it was some quest item only.. the sprawl mart looks great! it looks very simple and boxy on one hand, but somehow it looks quite clean and attractive on the other. too bad 90 donuts is too much for me to buy..

was at 4.5 stars which went down to 4 stars after the update and levelling up to 29. Doesn't look too soon that it'll go back up to 4.5 if it requires me building more restaurants and shops. Because first, I'll need to buy more land after earning more money!

nice design Mel! Lots of other great designs posted but I really have to say the OP one is my favourite, brings out the quality of the house features coupled with the compactness required to really fit in a decent design in our Springfields.. I'll need to take a look at my residential layouts some time after I get the…
