I play 2 games one on my iPhone and one on my iPad and both of them this morning lost ALL of My Friends!? I am Not Happy!

Playing for years, spent good old cold cash for fake donuts. At least tell us if you are ending game....if you do then give us refund for all the donuts we’ll never get to use. Better yet get going on new fun things for the Simpsons to do. I love this game play many many times a day!!

Had this stupid problem since Halloween. They never said anything about needing 5gb. Just that they know of problem and are working on it. Gave up playing on my iPhone and just use my iPad were it works. Limits my playing since I only play now when home.

Act 3 is awful!!! I get a few snakes, some zombies and a few bunnies nothing else. How am I to get apples if I have nothing to Tap. Pop up says my Springfield is full and all it had is a few bunnies.

With the new update when I tap for coffee cups and chairs instead of the amounts going UP they go Down. I had about 150 chairs and the next time I tapped the total when down to 36...then to 26! The same for cups! Can't advance to update anything if I keep stuff disappears.

The game crashed repeatedly yesterday then started to work. Now it's right back to crashing before it even loads! Not having a Merry Christmas! :(

Game repeatedly crashes as soon as I log into it. Donut turns once than crashes. Not working ALL DAY. Fix please before Christmas is over and it's 2015.

My kid's Springfield is in day 8 of the Halloween Rollback!!! She lost everything Halloween and didn't get the update for Thanksgiving. Is everyone there on vacation? She posted her information on this thread days ago!!
