I had a perfectly built maxed and designed KL and now its all gone!

I had the same problem yesterday, after the game was very slow the last view days when I sent people to the recycling plant, contacted help by email, they responded back right away last night, saying to provide a phone so they could call me. This morning I deleted the game and reinstalled it, and it is working now.

Not sure if this is an issue others have too, but when I open my game, the first few minutes are OK speed wise. After that, the moves drag and slows down. Looks like everything is moving in slow motion. It started since the last update after the heist game, and with the current mini challenge.
