Quoting myself just to add: Resolved, finally. The EA helper I got this time told me to log out of the game; shortly thereafter I was told they gave me the Parasite House and bonus donuts. And they did!! Happy to have the issue resolved. Hope the same for everyone else.

Has anyone with this issue received the Parasite House yet? I never heard back from a previous help ticket and made a new one. That person told me to log out of the game, which did...nothing.

This happened to me as well. I contacted EA; waiting for reply. If anyone learns how to resolve this I'd love to hear about it.

I completed the Parasite House storyline when there was no picture of the house, thinking it was just a glitch that would resolve itself. After updating, the Parasite House graphic shows up and it says "Reward Earned!" yet I don't seem to have the building in my storage or anywhere in my town. Anyone else have this problem?

Cleaned out my non-active friends for Halloween and need some more :smile: Daily player, try to visit as many of my friends as I can, going both ways in the alphabet so everyone gets some love. Haydez24

Be especially careful when you dump your gremlins. My haul brought me about 400+ goo but I only needed less than 100 to get to my bonus, so I lost over 300 goo counting toward my next bonus. Is anyone else experiencing some awful, awful lag when they play? Or does my phone just suck? I'm hoping this is just too many people excited on day 1 cause dang, it's practically unplayable for me the lag is so bad. :(
