you are correct you need to initially get to 400 eggs to get the license, which allows 5 snakes to be whacked per town visited. and the elite license will be unlocked in the premium sec for 50 donuts if you want to be able to whack 10 per town. but …

yeah ive caught him around 6 times today twice in my town and alt town and couple times in friends towns. im glad to see him back though its like they altered his coding so now hes everywhere

yeah but remember alot of people did not speed up the initial task just like you, and if so, like you they dont have eggs yet either. in the next 12-24 hrs im sure the snakes and eggs will be flowing everwhere
