Update: tried storing willie and the shack in inventory and it fixed itself. I brought them back out and it popped up with "quest completed." ... and also willie popped up with a new exclamation bubble :D

I got the same prob... Willies shack was built but it just says done and it won't disappear. I've even leveled up already and close to leveling up again... :?:
