Player club points is awarded when you craft, buy certain premium items or get regular prices (by collecting red casino chips). There is 20 player points rewards to collect, each one needs more points to get. The first 120 points should be from placing the consierge recieved after willies 12h task.

Yeah, you tap and hold and then you can select a square area. Hard to explain. Quite like one of the suggestions on this board earlier this year.
