I have several sections done in 3D, nothing compared to some of the ones I've seen here, but this is my fav:

When asked why his monorail has so many twists and turns, Cletus replied: "If'n you ain't gots nowhere to go, you may as well have fun gettin there!"

I used a couple of the lofts as extensions to the Spinster City Apartments.

I added it to my studio area as well, not sure if Krustylu or Itchy & Scratchy have the rights, so it may be on the wrong side of the street. The studios can premiere their films at the drive in to the right. I also added the Times building, the horribly small scale doesn't seem too bad between the TV and radio stations up…

I'm 4 hours away from crafting the Times, talk about cutting it close! I have 2 lofts, 3 apartments, one storefront, and 8 phone booths. I was concerned I may have to spend donuts on the Times, but I just made it, WooHoo!

I use them for most of the municipal buildings and stores/restaurants. It just doesn't look right to me not to have them, I mean Springfield is in the USA, and the entire worlds knows we are just one big parking lot full of gas guzzlers!

That's great! Sort of like the escalator to board a plane, works perfectly!

I like!! I couldn't decide what to do with this monstrosity, so I ended up making a copy of my religious area, for the other side. I tried to mimic the two all the way down the smallest detail, even copying The Church of Lard Lad Donuts' neighboring sign with Honest John's Computers' sign (donut = tire). Vulgari was the…

Just got Death Mountain this morning. So far I've crafted the store front, two lofts, two apartments, and four phone booths. I have 131 lockpicks, 22 capes, 6 handcuffs, and 173 phones. With 7 days to go, at two handcuffs a day, I'll have enough for the times and a few left over (good in case I miss one or two along the…

The times is very small in appearance, it really isn't scaled well. Unless you are trying to get that last star for consumerism, I would go for the apartments and store front.

Looks great! Excellent design!

I have something similar, sort of an industrial zone with subsidized housing for the nuclear plant workers. Starts off with a bar zone, then the homeless shelter with re-purposed high-rise housing for the homeless, then the worker's housing area, then the swampy area with Nelson's house, Cletus' Farm, and the Guinea Pig…

I've crafted the apartments, one phone booth, and two of the lofts, I should have enough cuffs for the store front today. This gives me plenty of time to get the Times before the event is finished. After that, any extras I'll use on phone booths. On the FP side, I should have the canyonero sometime this weekend. For…

Very cool! If you could get some animals behind those fences for a screen shot, it would make a great zoo!

I would really like some paths, straight, crossed, and turns. Some buildings would look so much better if you could decorate in front of them and place paths leading to the doors driveways.

Thanks for all the laughs Sam!

Mine gave me three on the right the first 4 times in this event, then this time when I chose the right one first (I usually go for the center first), the three were on the left (wasted a bunch of money, and I need it for the latest character). I'm thinking it's random.

Love those park themes with the botanical gardens, nice work tappers! BTW- you can combine a couple of the plants together to make what appears to be premium plants if you get creative.

Some really good ideas here, especially love the perverts in the bushes, nice touch! I kept it simple, just put some of the bars together. I'm freemium, otherwise I would have put it near the motel, I did use a bit of blue comedy by placing The Little Black Box bar next to it.

In comic book lore, The Collector is rarely an actual evil character. He simply has no morality good or bad, and is completely obsessed with collecting the rarest things in the universe. He would just as quickly do a battle with a villain as he would a hero, but many consider him evil since he stops at nothing to attain…
