• I spent enough money on land that it flipped back to positive. But then somewhere around $2.147 Billion it went negative again. Bought just a little more land and it's positive again. Now I'm at $2,147,006,696 positive. Going to see if I can catch the moment it flips next time.

• Why would anyone have KEM's in storage? Selling them back and being able to "plant" them again starting a unbelievably low cost of $220 trending up to $14400 for the 25th one ( 26th if you count the original) is the best part of the deal. Does the price structure start over if you put them in storage?
