• Ok guys so I saw this on an ea answers thread and it worked for me. Turn off your device's wifi in your settings, then open Tapped Out. For me this triggered an in-game download and then I finally had the quests triggered and the orange trees, etc. even after hard closing the app, turning my wifi back on, and starting up…

• Me too! Even tried downloading it on an older device running an older iOS! So bummed when reports of this don't seem that widespread and everyone else is happily tapping away.... sigh.
