Yes, I understand that. the question remains. Why speed up anything, seeing as nothing else happens after the 24 hour krusty task until you get the collector.

I got six boxes in both of my towns (3 for each phase). I was 'luckier' though in my b town since my game glitch ed twice giving me a double bonus box, so that town, i got a total of 8 boxes, 24 donuts.
