That's a complete lie. They can easily add them back. Takes 5 seconds from a tech point of view (I'm in IT).

I was just told that the 5% was the original INTENT and the "bug" was fixed. They also referred me to this forum. Gotta love EA. Though I don't think they love my money anymore. I'm going to Apple to report this and request my money back for my recent donut purchase.

Signed. ridiculous. This means they can do that for ANY items we've purchased. I refuse to purchase any more donuts at this point unless it's resolved. I just BOUGHT donuts right before this too to start buying more premium content. Completely a rip off and the very legal definition of bate and switch.
