I understand why some people are upset: the event doesn't pander specifically and exclusively to their monolithic idea of winter. There is no reason to be upset, but some just like to throw fits when they have to share the world with others. As I said, red cups and happy holidays "controversies" all over again.

Did you upgrade it? The remaining 18% comes from the decorations you get when you upgrade. Unless EA changed that for new purchases.
