I got charged for mine, via android/googleplay/paypal. Just be ready to dispute them!

I tested this myself, and while I got the new donuts I purchased, it didn't push thru the old ones. We'll see!

For Android refunds, go to your activity in Google Play. I just put in my own dispute. I won't be attempting another purchase for another few days.

From their support link above, it can take up to 24 hours, but they don't bar any mitigating circumstances like event launches. So I'm giving it up to 24 then submitting a report or dispute if nothing appears.
