But changing the password has succeeded for me! For now it works, but I can not answer security questions (and yet I know the right answers) so for now I could not change the password again. And difficult to contact EA by chat, it is rarely offered at this time. But thanks Daved ;)

@alldunn @frosted1414 @szed22 @daved7637397 (if you still have the problem) I contacted EA's support and my problem was fixed. If you have the message "An error occurred processing the login. Please retry": change your password, this should fix the problem.

I have the same problem since yesterday. At first I just had the problem with the neighbors that were disappearing and I contacted EA but it just made the problem worse: now there is this message "An error occurred during the login process. Try again". I tried many times, it does not work

I have the impression that they put this function only because of the land limit / item limit. Now we hesitate less to remove an area that we like, because it is kept identically in the inventory. EA developers go to the forum and read the posts but never respond. The only way for your problem is to contact them again or contact the company of your phone, as Daved said. But you will not find help from EA here, they tell you that when they do not know what to do, I advise you to try again.
