• Mine went from level 35+ to level 7 overnight as well. Tips didn't work in my case, and it's mighty frustrating. Might wait for a bug fix, seeing as EA/Origin is giving people (including me) the runaround.

• Same thing happened to me post-IOS6 update. I tried relaunching the game, restarting my iPad, but in the end the only thing that worked was deleting and reinstalling the app. Now it works fine and none of my stuff was lost. Good luck!
