So I also had the harp issue and followed the suggestions on this thread. I am happy to say that after 15 minutes of waiting it finally let me into my Springfield. And better than that it presented me with the bonus prizes for free donuts once I was able to get in. And even better than that it KEPT giving me the bonus…
