I FIXED MY FROZEN GAME: I was able to unfreeze my game through the daily challenge. If you open up your app and the daily challenge appeara you are able to view the challenges once this happens what you have to do is click on a specific challenge. In my case i had one that said i had to send flanders to do a specific task…

Yep... and unfortunately we are close to 24 hours. Well in other games, like for example Clash of Clans by Supercell, this kind of problems get an answer and a solution in less than a couple of hours.

yes, everything has been done. I wrote EVERYWHERE. Also on Twitter, the tech support says "they are working on it" but after 20 hrs still nothing has been fixed

I put my phone with game "frozen" for more than 2 hours but the game still not work. It's very frustrating and I can't understand why EA is not resolving this iussue. Several game company (like Supercell for example) resolve their bugs in less than a couple of hours.
