Yes you still keep all the items and donuts Apple just refund the amount paid But I would suggest that buying to get a refund only might be a little dishonest, if you have bought and are dissatisfied that it different to buying knowing you are going to file a refund claim

Just be honest with them, say you bought the donuts as the game said you would get items that gave bonus and it is not true

I Farmed to get all the land sectors, (Max was 700 Blue Houses), that's gone now I have all the available land and $7mil in the bank. All are in storage so that if there is a massive update I can pull them back into service to quickly farm the XP & $$$ to proceed. Even when the farm was out I don't think it detracted from…
