• When I started playing, we got tons of free stuff. Also, I don't mind buying the odd thing and spending real money. Lately, they've been generous with the donuts so it's been easy to buy what you want.

• I'm not going to chance it either. I'm avoiding leveling up and put my IRS building away. Only tapping what I need to. The donuts aren't worth having to start from level 1 again. Been at this way too long for that nonsense (touch wood).

• It can't hurt to try an EA chat. I lost some donuts during one of their glitches a while back and started a chat. The rep put me through the ringer but I remained calm and polite and eventually got my donuts back and to quote, "Because I was so nice to him". I didn't have screenshots or anything but I remember him asking…
