I don't know. I saw a neighbor who I know had visited me during the event, and their counter was now at zero. So I checked and they were very active. Checked a few others and found another. Just would hate to see people cut because of this..

I'm glad someone was able to get through to EA, I just filled out a form, got to the end, submit button was greyed out. Hit something else and the page went white and I couldn't get it back. D'oh!

A friend on android is not having the problem so far, but he was not able to get the download until late this evening. He wondered if that may be something to do with it.

I've been having the same problem since the first round cleared. My timer seems to reset to 3 hrs 38 min each time I log into the game. Not a good start.

Do the SH buildings have to be placed to pay the bonus? I thought I read awhile ago that they paid even when stored. Thanks!
