Sadly (and stated every update) this is something that EA has little control over. Even if they send off iOS, Android and Kindle updates at the exact same time, there is no assurance each app store will process them and post in the same timeframe. Your gripe (and mine!! If you temporarily store Maggie, you can have Marge start the task and then just bring Maggie back out of storage.

Can't even visit friends. Also crashing if I try to do random player, but finished the timed event doing the single player mode.

Logout doesn't help, just did a game re-install and that didn't help. Also have Grandpa locked in this state after hour task, stored Retirement house and re-placed, didn't help. Stored Shauna and brought her back, didn't help.

Yup..... game is hardly playable on Note 4 (fences seem to be an issue with the display). Still have my old Note 2 and the game works fine on that.

Yep, sounds like an OS issue, yet another device here - Samsung Note 4 - just updated this morning and in my own main town, lag lag lag.

Yeah, that is my question. Saved so I could build one of everything, but other than handcuffs I have a ton leftover now. Do I do a zillion phone booths and other buildings I'll likely just tuck in to inventory or do I hold off?

I know they usually free up crops if you have to use those for part of the start.... what about characters that have super long term tasks? Accidentally sent Apu to a 7-day shift over the weekend.
