Lost lvl 13 Isaac frost leadhook and husk

Yesterday I drew a gold lead hook from the free daily pack which I then added to my lvl 12 master lead hook from the cross over enent when to open pack and the ea services crash and now the master move and husk are gone

Hit up our Support team and they'll be able to recover any lost content for you. Sorry to hear this happened, but they'll make sure it's not lost if they can verify it went missing.

@EA_Blueberry I called once and live chated with 2 others the say it's impossible to restore missing cards first guy took 30mins just to get my name right

There are limitations on what can be granted/restored. Have you tried reaching out to our EA Help team on Twitter?

Twitter ive had zero response after two weeks its my lost I've already gave up on the whole ordeal
