Black Screen - Not Loading

Last night I lost in my fight with Khabib for 2 division belts on legendary. I have admit. I rage quit lol. Lost, then just turned my xbox off.

Today, the game will not load. All I get is a black screen. Does anyone know how to fix?

    all good now. what i did. 'Turn off your console by holding the power button for 5 seconds. Unplug your power supply from the wall and from your console. Leave everything unplugged for about 1 minute. Plug your console back in and turn it on.'
