534 Apex Packs no shards?

Hello! I recently reached  and even exceeded  the number of Apex Packs where heirloom shards are supposed to be guaranteed with the number being 534, yet I still haven’t received them. I am aware of  the mistakes or miscalculations.  I’ve been playing for several years and have purchased well over 100 packs along with several battle passes, I even have the receipts to prove so. Even with a margin of error I would still be well over past the 500-pack threshold. I’d really appreciate it if you could take a moment to review my account so if possible please respond within a well reasoned amount of time. Thank you!
