Artifacts and Graphical Glitches with NVIDIA Version 610.47 driver
Artifacts appearing when using the latest Nvidia Drivers.
610.47 is causing artifacts in-game. Glitches are also appearing.

The issue still persists.
What I've tried:
- Used DDU in Safe Mode while disconnected from the internet to perform a clean driver reinstallation.
- Cleared both the Windows and NVIDIA shader caches.
